About As:
Roots, Passion, and Tuscan Identity
Tuscany has long been a homeland for exceptional wines and olive oils—creations that, much like works of art, have made our region renowned across the globe. In the heart of this landscape, at an altitude of approximately 300 meters, our family-run estate is dedicated to a single goal: helping you rediscover the unmistakable flavors of the past.
Our story began with the division of a larger farm—a legacy of land and wisdom that we carry forward with pride. At the root of our heritage stands Angiolo Fabiani, known as “Il Moro” (“The Moor”): a man who embodied the true spirit of these hills and who passed on an unconditional love for authentic viticulture to the generations that followed.
We believe deeply in the value of one’s roots. For this reason, while we employ modern technology, we remain faithful to traditional cultivation and production methods. We grow exclusively indigenous grape varieties, eschewing international ones to preserve the authentic identity of our terroir. Our olive oil, too, is crafted from varieties that have graced this land for centuries—a masterful blend designed to achieve that perfect balance of aroma and flavor, capable of transforming a simple slice of toasted, oil-drizzled bread (fett’unta) into an unforgettable experience. Located just a short distance from Florence, Siena, and Arezzo, we invite you on a sensory journey through the beauty of our landscape and the genuine quality that “Il Moro” and our grandparents knew so well.
